Cosmetic Dentist Branding Case Study

It can be difficult for healthcare providers to create external trust through digital media that leads to new patient conversion, especially within industry restrictions in saturated markets.

To target this issue for the practice, CREATIG focused on producing realistic and compelling images and content outlining what it is like when patients experience the practice.

This strategy builds the desire for customized consultations to answer potential patient’s interests in terms of standard, reconstructive, and cosmetic (non-elective) procedures as well as oral hygiene.

CREATIG provided brand strategy and content production for this established practice that put their smile design and reconstructive smile mastery on the nationwide map.

Rebranding deliverables:

  • An audit performed to investigate the obstacles to new patient registration and closing cases into treatment, and to correct existing marketing that was targeting the wrong demographic.

  • Redesigned operational roles and responsibilities to support the brand, client intake and processing, and case completion through to referral.

  • Delivered a 30% increase in patients in 6 months.

  • Wrote, produced, and placed TEGNA OTT campaign and :30 Cumulus Media radio spots.

  • Provided employee development coaching that significantly improved the practice image.

  • Designed and executed social media platform branding, lead generation/conversion.

  • Planned and executed annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaign metric reporting.

CREATIG brand strategy, brand positioning, branded images, and targeted content that resulted in the practice doubling their revenue in 6 months — more than they’d experienced in that in short a period in their entire eleven years of practice prior.

A key part of the success was due to CREATIG’s design and implementation of referral programs and the overall strength of the branded client experience.

These cases included bite correction and total reconstructive smile design that truly enhanced these patients’ natural features and in many instances, changed their lives.

Displayed on this page are some of the public-facing branded photos CREATIG produced that were successfully utilized on the website, in magazine and trade publications, and on social media platforms.

The project included multi-channel brand positioning to help drive specific traffic to their remote practice, as well as the creation of a private patient portfolio of before and after images to showcase the incredible transformations.
